Directions to the WAZ Media Group location in Essen

By public transport:

You get to the WAZ Media Group from Essen Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) by taking the U-Bahn (subway) lines U17 (direction Margarethenhöhe) and U18 (direction Mülheim an der Ruhr) or with the low-floor bus line 196 (direction Essen West). Get off the bus or subway at the stop Bismarckplatz. If coming with the subway, take the Friedrichstrasse exit. Go to the Friedrichstrasse crossing (approx. 30 metres) and turn right without changing side of the road. You will then find our publishing buildings after 20 metres on your right.

By car coming from Düsseldorf:

Take the A52 motorway towards Essen up until the Breitscheid interchange and change there to the A3 towards Oberhausen. Follow the A3 up until the Duisburg-Kaiserberg interchange and change there to the A40 towards Dortmund. Then follow the same directions as for coming from Duisburg.

By car coming from Duisburg:

Take the A40 motorway towards Dortmund and exit the motorway at the exit Essen-Zentrum (23), driving towards Zentrum / Universität / Solingen / B224. On your left, you will see a large service station. Follow the road, bearing left. At the next junction, turn left into Friedrichstrasse (B224). You will then find our publishing buildings after a few metres on your right.

By car coming from Dortmund:

Take the A40 motorway towards Duisburg and exit the motorway at the exit Essen-Zentrum (23), driving towards Essen-Zentrum / B224. Go straight over the large junction and keep going down Kruppstrasse. After about 800 metres, turn right at the next junction into Friedrichstrasse (B224). You will then find our publishing buildings after a few metres on your right.
